I have been working in the industry since 2001, when I launched a little hobby website called RestrainedElegance.com as a side project to my career as an academic particle physicist. Within a couple of years the website was making me more money than being a University Lecturer was, so I ended up going full-time.
I have conducted thousands of shoots with hundreds of models during my career in a safe, friendly, professional environment. I have performed as a rigger and top for many production companies and model-producers as well as appearing in my own productions. I have given talks and tutorials on BDSM, safety, bondage photography and many kink-related topics.
Several of my play partners have expressed the wish that they’d been able to book someone like me for a session when they were starting out. Finding someone caring, kind, kinky and above all SAFE to play with so they could experiment and work out what BDSM activities are right for them.
I have provided the first BDSM experiences for dozens of people, ranging from models who have gone on to be fetish professionals to fans who just wanted to see what it was like to be a “Restrained Elegance submissive” for a day. I have nothing to prove, and no need to push any levels – if I want to try a hard judicial caning scene or a sensual rope play scenario I can do it with one of my regular play partners, or just book it as a scene to film for my website.
I love teaching people, nurturing them and introducing them to new ideas and new sensations to lift them up so they can take flight. That look on someone’s face when they come down from subspace, having experienced things they’ve only been able to dream about for years, is really something. Since giving up my lectureship I’ve had limited opportunities to do that, and mostly have done it in small-group settings. I miss doing it one-on-one.
I have therefore started offering live sessions as a top/dominant/sadist/rope rigger.
Now for sure if you are an experienced kinkster and you know what you like, I will put a session together for you and we’ll both have a lot of fun. But I can also offer introductory “consulting sessions” to explore parts of your kink you may not have had chance to experience yet.
Getting Started In BDSM
The first thing many providers will do is bombard you with a list of kinky activities or a questionnaire about what you are in to. All of which probably sound hot, but also sound scary. How on earth are you meant to know whether you can take the cane or enjoy strict rope bondage? Might a hand-spanking be more than enough?
